This recipe for these super flavorful air-fried croutons could not be any easier. In literally 15 minutes you can turn plain old bread into amazingly crunchy, garlicy, and cheezy croutons. They are the perfect topping for any salad or soup...or just for snacking!
Ingredients
1/2 baguette or 4-5 slices of bread - cubed
1/4 c unsweetened non-dairy milk
1 T low sodium tamari or soy sauce
1 T vegan parmesan
2 T nutritional yeast
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t dried basil (optional)
Instructions
Cut into cubes. Set aside.
Mix together remaining ingredients in a bowl large enough to fit the bread. Toss to coat and spread onto a baking sheet.
Bake in 400 degree oven for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crunchy or in air fryer for 8-10 minutes.
